Xtrim Signature Deep Cleaning Facial
Each person has an individual skin care challenge, routine, and specific skin care need. We begin our full service facial with a professional skin analysis, procedure suggestions and education for continued treatment of your individualized skin care issues. You will receive a deep yet gentle pore cleansing enhanced by steam, combined with an exfoliation scrub to melt away surface impurities in order to prepare skin. Our process includes a skin firming, soothing and/or stimulating mask (depending on skin needs) and anti-stress neck and shoulder massage. We finish with a hydrating moisturizer, serum, illuminating eye cream, and protective sunscreen. Our Deep Cleansing treatment is necessary for radiant and healthy skin.
Customized Microdermabrasion Facial
Microdermabrasion Facials remain one of the most popular treatments for correcting skin faults and maintaining a youthful appearance. Each Microdermabrasion Facial begins with a thorough cleanse and skin preparation as in our Signature Deep Cleaning Facial. We then use exfoliating crystals and a vacuum suction to remove the top layer of damaged skin to improve tone, texture and skin color in order to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin fibers. Wrinkle Reduction – Matrix IR™
The Matrix IR™ is a non-invasive laser treatment that stimulates your own natural collagen giving you reduced frown lines, forehead lines, crow’s feet and wrinkles around the mouth revealing a more relaxed “un-angry” appearance. Matrix IR provides fractional technology, which heats facial tissue and stimulates collagen production. Collagen provides a firming effect on sagging skin. Botox®
Our medical professionals are experts at reducing lines and wrinkles with BOTOX®. This widely used procedure is used to treat wrinkles on the face and certain skin changes associated with aging. BOTOX is a safe and effective way to focus on “crow’s feet”, forehead lines, the "11s" between the eyes, and other facial wrinkles. BOTOX works by temporarily paralyzing carefully selected facial muscles responsible for the formation of unwanted lines by using a chemical produced by the botulinum bacteria. The results of BOTOX usually last for three months on average but can last for up to six months depending on the person. Many patients tolerate the procedure well and experience only mild discomfort. To minimize pain, we use fine needles in conjunction with a topical numbing cream. BOTOX treatments cannot be performed on pregnant or lactating mothers, or on people with certain neuromuscular diseases. It is generally recommended that aspirin and anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen, alcohol and vitamin E are not used at least 7 days before the procedure in order to avoid the potential for bleeding. The procedure is effective immediately; however, multiple treatment sessions may be required to maintain the desired results. Patients see the full effect of the treatment in 7-10 days after the procedure.

Restylane™
A natural and very safe compound that already exists in your body (Hyaluronic acid) is used to fill in lips and deep wrinkles of the face. Restylane™ has proven to be a safe and effective way to treat wrinkles caused by age and sun damage. Optimum results may require multiple treatments and will usually last anywhere from 4-6 months depending on the individual. Once Restylane begins to wear out, a touch up may be needed. It is important to note that the Hyaluronic Acid used in Restylane is a non-animal product that is completely biodegradable and virtually non-allergenic. Moreover, Restylane has been used successfully all over the world since 1996. Restylane's safety record makes it a very attractive option for the treatment of deep wrinkles and thinning lips.
Radiesse®

Chemical peels help to remove dead skin chemically rather than mechanically (as in microdermabrasion). Dead skin layers peel off gradually over a time period of several days.
Jessner™
The Jessner™ chemical peel is designed to go further into the skin to correct extensive damage. Our Aesthetician talks you through the process as she cleanses your face and removes the oils from your skin to allow the solution to penetrate the superficial layers of skin. Jessner's solution is applied to the face, causing the dead layers of skin to peel off. All chemicals are neutralized and a cool calming mask is applied to your face. The facial area usually takes around 7 days to fully heal, leaving smooth, touchable, and healthy skin!

This vein treatment, effective for most skin types for both men and women, uses a combination of light and Bi-Polar Radio Frequency to diminish unsightly "spider" veins as well as unwanted vascular areas to the face and legs. Results may be seen as early as the first treatment, however every person is different and the number of treatment required is based on individual needs. Mild discomfort is generally reported however, a cooling system is used to provide a chilling stream of cold air for added comfort and skin safety. A topical numbing cream is also applied prior to the treatment for additional relief. Each session lasts approximately thirty minutes with little or no down-time.
Laser spider vein treatments can be combined with sclerotherapy in order to maximize results.
Spider Vein Treatment/Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is an effective and proven way to treat unwanted, unsightly spider veins. This is done by injecting a solution into the spider veins with the goal of destroying and removing the spider veins. The procedure may take multiple treatments and several weeks to attain maximum results. As with most aesthetic techniques, results will vary from person to person. Often, improvement of up to 90% can be seen after a single treatment depending on the size of the vein. In order to maximize safety, this procedure is not done on pregnant or lactating mothers. It is advised to avoid aspirin, anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen, vitamin E, as well as alcoholic beverages 2 days prior to and after the procedure. Sclerotheraphy and laser spider vein treatments can be combined in order to maximize results.
Scar Reduction/Mesotherapy
The use of mesotherapy has developed to a point that the treatment can reduce and minimize the appearance of unsightly scars. Major scars and Keloyds may still need surgical revision. However, the injection of various chemicals has shown to decrease the severity of scars. Additionally, mesotherapy has been shown to restore the color of the scar back to a more acceptable skin tone. The procedure is virtually painless, and the ease and comfort associated with treatment makes mesotherapy a very attractive option. Pregnant and lactating mothers are not candidates in order to ensure the safety of the baby.
Advanced Lipo-Therapy/MesoTherapy (Lipodissolve™)
Advanced Lipo-therapy, or cellulite reduction treatments, applies the principles of Mesotherapy using various medications to reduce the unwanted “cottage cheese” look of cellulite over certain areas of the body. Additionally, trouble spots such as love handles or “saddlebags” which do not typically respond well to exercise or diet, may also be targeted for reduction. The secret of Advanced Lipo-therapy success is the use of a fat melting solution along with a compound to break down fibrous tissue known for dimpling the skin. Advanced Lipo-therapy is tolerable by most and a topical numbing cream minimizes discomfort from the injections. Bruising may occur after treatment as the fat melts away and the collagen is broken down. Advanced Lipo-therapy is generally safe and results are seen quickly making this treatment a quality alternative to painful and invasive surgical procedures.
